Client Due Diligence: It remains the client's responsibility to review and adhere to the most current terms of service for any sales platform they intend to use.
3. Limitation of Liability
Our total aggregate liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for services under our agreement. This does not apply to claims of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
This limitation covers, but is not limited to:
- The commercial performance or market success of a product.
- Decisions made by third-party platforms, payment processors, or regulatory bodies.
- Issues arising from client-provided information that is incomplete, inaccurate, or subsequently altered.
4. Engagement Terms
Deposit & Commencement: A 50% deposit is required to initiate the Formula Audit and secure our advisory services. This investment reflects the expert analysis and proprietary strategy developed exclusively for your product.
Project Continuation: Upon your approval to proceed, the remaining investment is due to commence the production and compliance phase, activating our full service guarantee for the project lifecycle.
